While our permanent jewellery is crafted with care and precision, we know life happens. That’s why we offer thoughtful warranty and repair options to ensure your piece remains as beautiful as the day it was created.

Custom-Fit, No Exchanges or Refunds
All permanent jewellery chains are custom-cut to your exact size, making each piece uniquely yours. Because of this, we strictly do not offer refunds, exchanges, or change-of-mind returns.

7-Day Warranty for Repairs
We’re proud to offer a complimentary 7-day warranty repair on all permanent jewellery if your chain comes apart at the weld. This warranty applies if:

  • You can provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice).

  • You followed all care instructions provided during your service.

  • You are still in possession of the chain and/or charm.

Repairs due to stretching, pulling, or loss of the chain are not covered under warranty.

Re-Welding Fees
If your chain requires adjustments outside the 7-day warranty, a re-welding fee starting at $25 applies. This fee is charged in cases where:

  • Your chain comes apart after the 7-day warranty period, and you still have the chain.

  • You need your chain shortened.

  • You want to add charms to your permanent jewellery (additional charm costs apply).

Full Replacement Costs
A full replacement fee applies if:

  • The chain has been lost.

  • The chain has been damaged, including pulling or stretching.

  • You need the chain lengthened.

Reattachment Requirements
All repairs and reattachments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Quality and Care
Your permanent jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials designed to last. By following our care instructions, as agreed upon during your service, your piece will stay beautiful for years to come.

If, for any reason, your bracelet or anklet discolours within 30 days, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the piece.

  • Proof of purchase.

Our jeweller will inspect your chain to determine if you qualify for an exchange or credit. Please note, the jeweller’s decision is final.
